MEET DR. WILLIAM S MOTRUK, DDS, DIP PERIO
Dental Surgeon & Periodontist
Dr. William S. Motruk graduated in 1976 and obtained his special degree in periodontics in 1981. Dr. Motruk relocated his dental office in 2010 and is very proud of his success and dental team.
Dr. Motruk was trained under the implant system created by Per-Ingvar Brånemark. He was trained by Dr. George Zarb from the University of Toronto. Since his initial training, he has taken numerous courses and trained with BioHorizon and Hiossen implant systems. In addition, he has received training for ridge and soft tissue preparation for implants. Examples of these procedures are sinus lift and ridge augmentation. Ridge augmentation is the widening of the dental ridge and includes the soft tissue grafting procedure. He has been trained with the newest concepts involving the collection and preparation of Platelet Rich Membrane (PRM) and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) systems. These systems have improved the success rate of ridge augmentation techniques. Also, these systems have reduced the recovery time and improved the comfort level of our patients. He has worked with a number of dental offices throughout Ontario for the procedures.
When Dr. Motruk isn’t working, he enjoys spending his time doing farm work and taking care of his horses. Upon entering our modern dental office, you will see photos of Dr. Motruk’s prized herd of horses.

Jennifer Youmans, Office Manager
Jennifer joined the practice again as office manager in December 2021. She has been working in the dental field since 1982. Jennifer has worked as both dental assistant and receptionist which gives her a great understanding of the workings of a dental office. She first started working with Dr. Motruk from 1987 until 2010.
Jennifer is a proud mother and enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, 4 wheeling, boating and fishing.
Meagan Ellis, Dental Assistant
Meagan worked as a Level II Certified dental assistant for 5 years before joining our team. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge. Her kind approach and friendly smile always make our patients feel welcome and relaxed. She is very well organized and hardworking. Her compassion and focus is evident with each patient she interacts with.
